Product Details
The Fish 200 is a fully metal detectable, reusable safety knife designed for hygiene-critical environments. Its large stainless-steel blade is fully concealed, providing maximum operator safety while cutting packaging paper, shrink wrap, and plastic strapping.
An optional rear hook blade, also made from stainless steel, allows safe cutting of packaging tape, string, netting, and cardboard. The knife features a simple two-screw blade change facility for quick maintenance.
The body is crafted from blue metal detectable nylon, with the hook cover made from metal detectable polypropylene. An optional tape cutter model is available instead of the hook blade version. Replacement blades are available from BST.
