Product Details
Our Detectable Mouse Mat is crafted from 3mm metal detectable silicone rubber sheeting, suitable for temperatures ranging from -60°C to 230°C. Designed for hygiene-critical environments, the mat is detectable by in-line metal detection systems and highly resistant to chemical, environmental, and weathering factors, including ozone, UV light, oxidation, and ionising radiation.
A 5mm section of the silicone is typically sufficient to trigger detection and rejection, subject to proper calibration and testing. The material complies with FDA regulation 21CFR177.2600 and EU regulations EC 1935/2004 & 2023/2006 for repeated contact with food.
