Description
These pastry brushes are suitable for glazing egg and milk onto pastry during baking.
The brushes feature fully detectable, specially formulated moulded-in bristles. The PBT bristle material has very low moisture absorption, high temperature resistance, good wear resistance and can be autoclaved.
Stray bristles are designed to be detected by in line metal detection systems which are widely used throughout the food industry. By being detected, contaminated food can be automatically rejected, actively reducing foreign body contamination associated with regular brush bristles.
