The world’s first pleated-style beard snood, designed for use with BST’s multipurpose dispenser, provides superior facial hair containment while maintaining comfort and airflow. Constructed from 11gsm (+/-5%) non-woven polypropylene, the snood is strong yet lightweight, allowing breathability and preventing moisture buildup or condensation.
Each snood includes an ultra-detectable foil strip, securely bonded with adhesive and sealed at both ends for maximum reliability. This foil strip is independently tested to deliver an elevated Fe signal (+/- 7.0mm), ensuring detection in most food industry applications. The dual elastic hem ensures a snug, comfortable fit and distributes pressure to avoid skin indentation or discomfort.
The snood can be worn alone or over a BST Detectable Hairnet for additional hair retention and contamination control.
