DetectaBox®
The BST DetectaBox® is engineered to prevent contamination from box fragments in food production environments. Wear and tear can cause traditional storage or handling boxes to break or chip, creating a potential foreign body hazard. The DetectaBox® eliminates this risk by combining durability, hygiene, and full detectability.
Manufactured from XDETECT®, BST’s industry-leading metal detectable and x-ray visible plastic, the DetectaBox® is strong, hardwearing, brightly coloured, chemical-resistant, shatter-resistant, and fully FDA and EU compliant. Designed with food safety in mind, these boxes offer a reliable solution for high-care environments.
The first model in the DetectaBox® range is a standard Euro size (600x400x220mm). For convenience, matching heavy-duty caster dollies (non-detectable) are also available for easy transportation of stacked boxes on the factory floor.
